Ravi is a seasoned technology leader with over three decades of experience and a proven track record in diverse areas of renewable energy, including wind, solar, battery storage systems (BESS), electric vehicles (EVs), green hydrogen, and circular economy initiatives.

Prior to joining Bridge Green, Ravi served as General Manager and India Head for Renewable Services at TÜV Nord Group, a renowned German organization, overseeing operations across Pan Asia. Ravi played a pivotal role in designing India's largest wind turbine (3 MW) in 2014 while working with Wind direct Gmbh Germany in Germany. This milestone project was successfully listed with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy for commercial deployment in India. He also spearheaded the establishment of the Winergy Siemens wind gearbox manufacturing facility in India in 2001, which has grown into a $100 million enterprise today.

Ravi also serves as a committee member on the Recycling and Circular Economy Policy Team at Guidance Tamil Nadu, where he contributes to shaping forward-thinking sustainability policies.

Cole Patterson

Chief Business Officer, US

Cole is the Chief Business Officer overseeing all operational and commercial activities for Bridge Green’s U.S. portfolio. With a diverse background spanning commercial, operations, supply chain, and procurement, Cole brings over 17 years of experience in the metals and battery industries to the senior leadership team at Bridge Green.

He began his career in the recycling sector and also led global commodity teams in the aluminum industry. Cole most recently led expansion activities at Freyr Battery, focusing on supply chain readiness and energy storage product industrialization.

Cole’s extensive experience in the global aluminum industry, spanning over eight years with Novelis and Alcoa (later Arconic), involved leading both companies’ closed-loop automotive recycling programs and managing Arconic’s substantial $4.5 billion global raw materials spend.

Cole holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Auburn University.

Yash Mahadevan

Chief Business Officer, India

Yash Mahadevan is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in renewable energy, batteries, and energy storage. As the Chief Business Officer at Bridge Green Upcycle, he is spearheading efforts to establish India’s leading lithium recycling facility, driving sustainable solutions for a circular battery economy.

Yash has played pivotal roles in the battery and renewable sectors.  His background in clean energy made him responsible for handling extensive commercial, financial and technical activities at US based Eos Energy Storage, engaging large multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex sales, and high-tech product development.

Previously, Yash led multimillion-dollar growth initiatives at Gamesa and Vestas, scaling operations and revenues while securing strategic partnerships. By leveraging his extensive expertise and fostering strategic collaborations, Yash aims to drive Bridge Green’s mission of ‘cleaning up Clean Energy’.

Kelly Sarber

CEO & President, Strategic Management Group

Kelly Sarber is CEO/President of Strategic Management Group, with a stellar client list that has included EnCap Energy Transition, Berkshire Hathaway Renewables and Southern California Edison. Currently, Sarber works as a development consultant for 174 Power Global, a Hanwha Company where she is embedded on the management team that is credited with securing a contract with Con Edison in New York City for 100MW of energy storage to be located at a brownfield site that once hosted the Poletti Power Plant in Astoria.

Sarber is an expert in developing complicated, hundred million dollar plus projects with over $5Billion of asset value. Current focus for Sarber is on renewable energy and energy storage siting projects through the value chain - from sourcing greenfield sites thru permitting, financing and operations. Sarber developed the nations' largest solar project (3.2GW) tying into Starwood Energy's 500kv line between Arizona and California.

Because of her background for many decades working in the waste business, Sarber is incubating companies who are gearing up for solar panel recycling and lithium-ion battery recovery/recycling. She has been credited with orchestrating roll up strategies in the waste and environmental service industries while organically growing business dominance in key markets in all regions of the US.

Kevin Walsh

Senior Operating Partner, Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners

Kevin is an Operating Partner with Stonepeak and supports Stonepeak’s investments in renewable energy. Kevin has more than thirty-five years of experience in the renewable energy sector and was most recently Managing Director and Head of U.S. Renewable Energy at GE Energy Financial Services (“GE-EFS”) from 2006-2019 where he led the team that invested $1-2 billion annually in renewable energy projects. Under Kevin’s leadership, GE-EFS successfully invested approximately $16 billion in renewable energy projects globally with the capacity to generate 16+ gigawatts of power, primarily from wind (onshore and offshore) and solar power but also hydro, geothermal and biomass.

Kevin has also been active in various policy matters supporting the renewable energy industry including U.S. tax reform, PTC/ITC renewal and U.S. Treasury/IRS Guidance for new and repowered wind. Kevin is a member of the Board of Directors of ACORE and previously served as its Board Treasurer. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Greenbank.

In prior roles Kevin led Power and Renewable Energy investing at GE-EFS and was responsible for the management of its approximately $20 billion global portfolio of energy investments, as well as related portfolio sales and reinvestment. He also led energy venture investing for GE-EFS from 2007-2011. Kevin joined the predecessor of GE-EFS Financial Services, GE Structured Finance, in 1990, where he held various leadership positions in Energy, Capital Markets and GE Industrial.

Kevin graduated cum laude from Fairfield University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Management degree and where he currently serves on the Advisory Council at the Dolan School of Business. He is a graduate of General Electric’s Financial Management Program. Kevin is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Kennedy Center in Trumbull, CT.

Lakshmi Pratury

Founder & CEO, INK

Lakshmi Pratury is an entrepreneur, interviewer, speaker, and self-described “people collector”. She is the driving force behind INK, which she founded in 2010 and in which she currently serves as CEO and as host and curator of live events. INK is India’s foremost platform for the exchange of cutting-edge ideas and inspiring stories. Based out of Bangalore, India, INK is known for events such as the annual INK Conference, INK Asia, and INK Salons. Lakshmi also serves as director of the SingularityU India Summit in association with INK.

Prior to INK, Lakshmi spent two decades in leading roles in the technology, venture capital, and non-profit industries in the US including the American India Foundation, Global Catalyst Partners, and Intel. She holds MBAs from Portland State University and the Bajaj Institute, attended IIT Mumbai, and was the gold medalist in undergraduate mathematics at Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Lakshmi is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including being named as “Inspirational Icon” at the Audi Ritz Awards in 2015 and being included in Forbes magazine’s list of “Women to Watch in Asia”. She resides in Bangalore, India and travels widely.

Mack Treece

Chief Financial Officer, Sion Power Corporation

Mack Joined Sion Power Corporation (“Sion”) in May 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Sion Power, Mack served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at EOS Energy Storage (“Eos”). Prior to Eos, Mack served as the Chief Executive Officer for Viridity Energy from 2012 to 2019 and was also the Chief Financial Officer for Viridity. Mack has over 30 years of experience in senior management positions, with a specific focus on successfully scaling young companies into dominant market positions.

Previously, Mack was the CEO and co-founder of ConnectFN and was responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Prior to ConnectFN, Mack served as President for Teliris where he led the telepresence provider’s Global Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

Prior to Teliris, Mack was President for the North and South American operations of Orange Business Services (OBS), a provider of advanced global IP and data services for multinational businesses. Mack also held several executive positions with increasing responsibility at OBS (formerly Equant) including Senior Vice President – Global Business Operations and Services, Senior Vice President – Partners and Channels, and CFO - Network Services. As a critical member of the team that took Equant public in 1998 in an IPO, Mack was a catalyst in growing the business from $200m in revenue to over $3b by 2002.

Mack began his career with Bell Atlantic, where he last held the position of Global CFO for Bell Atlantic International Wireless (BAIW) and Senior Vice President for Asia. Mack held several positions of increasing responsibility in his career with Bell Atlantic, including M&A, finance and operations positions. He has lived and worked abroad as part of global organizations for more than 35 years. He has a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia and an MBA in International Finance from Widener University.

Theresa Peterson

Strategic Advisor, Material Impact

Theresa is a strategic advisor to Material Impact, a venture capital firm focused on investing in sustainable technologies that have the greatest human impact on society. She provides guidance on federal funding and the impact of legislation on technology development and deployment to the firm's portfolio companies. Theresa also holds a certification in Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) from Cornell University and continues to work diligently with organizations in creating opportunities for a more inclusive environment in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

With over 25+ years of experience in government affairs and business development, she has a proven record in securing R&D funding for new technology development for both 3M and GE. While at GE Research, Theresa was Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Executive Director of Government Affairs. She led a team that generated more than 50% of annual funding for the research center, while also driving GE's commitment to hiring and retaining diverse talent in the technical organizations.

Tiger Tyagarajan

Board Member, GENPACT, Jabil, Kantar and MathCo

Tiger is an industry leader renowned for his pivotal role in pioneering a new global business model and transforming a division of General Electric (GE Capital International Services) into Genpact.

He joined the Genpact board of directors in 2024 after serving as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 2011 – 2024.

Currently, Tiger holds positions on the boards of Kantar, the world’s leading marketing data and analytics company; and Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions provider, where he brings his expertise in enterprise transformation, and contributes to the growth of these businesses.

As a founding member of Genpact 25 years ago and serving as CEO for 13 years, Tiger played a strategic role in shaping the company and transforming the global corporations and industries it serves.

He frequently writes and speaks on topics such as digital disruption, global talent issues, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture.

Prior to Genpact, Tiger spent many years at the Unilever Group, Citibank, and GE in a variety of roles spanning sales, global operations, risk management, and business leadership.

Tiger has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad.

Balki G. Iyer

Founder & Chairman

Balakrishnan G. Iyer (Balki) is a seasoned energy industry management professional, with rich experience and a proven track record of driving business growth in global conglomerates (i.e. GE) and startups. Balki has successfully steered three startups from inception to exit and helped list one of them in NASDAQ. As a firm believer in circular economy being a key aspect to sustainable development, Balki founded Bridge Green Upcycle in 2023 with a mission to ‘clean up Clean Energy’.

Balki earned a master’s in engineering from Binghamton University in New York, an MBA from New York University (NYU) Stern, and Joint Undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering & master’s in chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) in India. In 2019, Balki was conferred with an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science by his alma mater, Binghamton University, for his contributions to the fields of sustainable energy and inclusive education.

Balki is passionate about the role of clean energy in changing the world and the role of education in empowering the people who can change the world. He is a recipient of the prestigious ‘Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business’ award in 2017 and got listed in the ‘Top 100 North American Power List 2020’.
